NILC Training is Wales’ leading provider of professionally accredited IT, Project Management and Business Skill training courses and computer-based certifications. NILC works throughout Wales and the South West of England to advance the knowledge and skills of individuals, organisations and government departments through their comprehensive range of learning and development solutions.
What We Did
NILC are keen to use LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to increase awareness of their business training services to employers and organisations throughout South Wales and the South West. In particular, they were keen to promote funding that was available for their courses.
Boost Social Agency provide day to day social media management of all the NILC social media accounts which includes regular posts, interacting with followers and answering questions from employers and potential delegates. We provide monthly reports with details of posts, engagement and followers.
In the first 3 months awareness (impressions/reach), engagement, website visits (clicks) and audience (followers/fans) have all increased on both LinkedIn and Facebook.
